We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
We reserve the right to replace the faulty item with one of the same style, size and color. When unavailable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
REMARK: Returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
MISSING ITEM, OR FAULTY ITEM
If you believe there is missing items in your delivery or a fault with an item you have received, please email us at email@example.com as soon as you discover the issue to start the returns/exchange procedure. A replacement will be sent when the item is still available. Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, or the return shipment where an in corrector faulty item has been received will be covered by The Seer.
Please send us a request for return of your order via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your request within 1-2 working day. Kindly state clearly the reason of return and provide supporting if necessary to speed up the process!
After we have validated your return request, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. At last, please don’t forget to provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable.
The Seer store credit will be given when an exchange is unavailable and is valid for a period of 6 months from the initial date of issue.
Store Credit can be used only once within 6 months of issuance in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
There are no refunds or exchanges for sale and promotion items.
